White Chicken Chilli Restaurant Style Recipe

White Chicken Chilli Is One Of The Famous Dish Of Indian Restaurants. I Learnt This Dish When I Was In Training At Hotel. White Chicken Chilli Is A Flavourful Sweet & Sour Delicious Dish. If You Are Looking Something Different Than Usually We Make And Want To Make A Dish In Less Time Then This Is A Perfect Dish For You. I Cook This Dish At Weekends To Make It Special. Feel The Flavours Of Restaurant At Your Home. So Let’s Begin.

Ingredients:

• Chicken 500gm

• Cashew 30 Nos

• Almond 10 Nos

• White Pepper Powder 1/2 tsp

• Common 1/2 Stick

• Salt To Taste

• Black Cardamom 1 Nos

• Green Cardamom 3 Nos

• Green Chillies 4 Nos

• Fenugreek Leaves/Kasoori Methi 1/2 tsp crushed

• Malai Curd 1 Cup

• Poppy Seeds 1 tsp

• Ginger-Garlic Paste 2 Tbsp

• Cloves 4 Nos

• Amul Fresh Cream 100gm

• 2 Onions Finely Chopped

• Mace 1 Nos

• Black Pepper 10 Nos

• Cooking Oil As Needed

• White Vinegar 2 Tbsp

Directions:

• First Of All Boil Almonds, Cashews & Poppy Seeds Together For 2 Minutes. Turn Off The Heat And Let It Cool. After Cooling Peel The Almonds And Make A Paste Of Cashews+Almonds+Poppy Seeds By Adding Little Bit Of Milk And Water If Needed.

• Take Pieces Of Chicken In A Bowl. Add White Vinegar To It Amd Mix Well. After 1 Minute Wash It Properly With Running Water. Rinse The Water And Keep It Aside.

• Heat Oil In A Nonstick Deep Fry Pan. Now Add Dry Spices (Cardamoms, Cloves, Cinnamon, Mace, Black Pepper etc) Saute It For Few Seconds.

• Chop The Onions Finely. Add It To Deep Fry Pan. Saute It Until It Turns Translucent. Now Add Ginger-Garlic Paste And Saute It.

• Add Pieces Of Chicken Then Add Malai Curd. Mix It Well Add Salt To Taste. Cover The Pan With A Lid. Don’t Need To Add Water As Curd Will Leaves The Water In It. Cook It For 5 Minutes On Medium Flame.

• When Some Water Vapouries From The Pan. Add Green Chillies And Cashews Paste. Add Little Amount Of Water Mix It Well And Cook On Low Flame For 2 Minutes.

• Check Whether The Chicken Pieces Are Well Cooked.

• Add Fenugreek Leaves, White Pepper Powder And Amul Fresh Cream To It. Mix It Well And Cook It For 2 Minutes.
