Today I have planned to make the fry fish & fish curry with rice. Fish is my favorite food. So here I am sharing with Kerala style fish fry. Fry fish, Fish Curry & Rice is a best combination. I have enjoyed it, now it’s your turn. Don’t forget to write your feedback via comments.
● Pomfret Fish Pieces 500gm
● Ginger Medium Piece
● Garlic 13-14 Pods
● Coconut Oil (For Deep Frying)
● 20 nos Black Pepper
● Lemon Juice From 1½ Of Lemons
● Salt To Taste
● Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp
● Turmeric Powder 1/4 tsp
● Green Chillies 2
1. Wash the fish pieces properly.
2. Grind the ingredients listed above & make fine paste by adding little amount of water. Take care that the paste should not be watery.
3. Add lemon juice & salt to this paste.
4. Make gashes in the fish pieces & marinate the pieces with paste for 1 hour.
5. Fry the fish pieces in coconut oil. Serve it hot.
