Today I have boght Pomfret Fish from market. I have decided to make fry fish in Indo-Chinese flavor. I have used very basic ingredients & made this spicy Chinese dish. I hope you also like my invention. Try it & send me your feedback via Comments.
● Pomfret Fish 4 Pieces
● Ginger 2cm Piece
● Garlic 6-7 Pods
● 10 nos Black Pepper
● Lemon Juice From 1 Of Lemons
● Salt To Taste
● Tomato Sauce 1 Tbsp
● Garam Masala Powder 1/4 tsp
● Soya Sauce 1/4tsp
1. Wash the fish pieces properly.
2. Grind the ingredients listed above & make fine paste by adding little amount of water. Take care that the paste should not be watery.
3. Add Lemon Juice, Tomato Sauce, Soya Sauce, Garam Masala Powder & salt one by one to this paste.
4. Make gashes in the fish pieces & marinate the pieces with paste for 1 hour.
5. Deep fry the fish pieces in oil. Serve it hot.
